We built our LANLO Family with the future of our county in mind by implementing 6-month training programmes designed for technical college graduates. These programmes have given students new opportunities to explore their talents right after they complete their education, and allowed them to set the tone for themselves as stable future breadwinners.

Every few months, a group of graduates are short-listed from colleges island-wide and are given opportunities in sectors according to their interests and skills. This allows them to learn how to navigate modern technical and theoretical knowledge, thus setting the foundation for a new generation of steel that will keep going strong.

Upon course and training completion they receive an island-wide certification while selected graduates join the LANLO working family right away.
